The moult asks a lot of a bird: building an entirely new set of feathers takes both building blocks and energy. In young songbirds the first moult weighs even heavier, as the body is still developing at the same time. Targeted support is valuable here to help the feather renewal run smoothly and to keep the bird in good general condition.

Our supplements are developed by our veterinarians, based on daily practice. For the moult, you use a fixed combination of two complementary products.

Why the two products work together

Aminovital supplies the building blocks. It contains all the essential amino acids a bird needs for feather development and pigment formation, and also supports recovery and muscle repair.

Condi-Plus keeps the bird in condition and speeds up the moult: it supports the metabolism, provides extra energy and stimulates the appetite, so the bird keeps eating during a period of increased need.

Together they cover both sides of the moult: building the feather itself, and the condition to sustain and speed up that process.

How to use them

Throughout the entire moult:

• Aminovital: 2 ml/l of drinking water, 3 days per week
• Condi-Plus: 2 ml/l of drinking water, 3 days per week

Both may be given together in the same drinking water.
