Shipping destinations

We ship by default to all countries within the European Union.

For shipments outside the European Union, delivery is possible upon request.

Please note that certain products or ingredients may be subject to local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify whether a product is permitted in the destination country.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs may vary by country and are:

automatically calculated at checkout for EU orders, or
confirmed in advance for shipments outside the EU.

All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received, unless stated otherwise.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Delivery times are indicative and depend on:

the destination country
the selected carrier

Average delivery times within the EU are typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs procedures.

Shipment and delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery of the goods to you, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Delivery issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered,

If your order has not been received within a reasonable timeframe,
please contact us via info@neornipharma.be, and we will investigate the matter with the carrier.
