Shipping areas

We ship as standard to all countries within the European Union.

For shipments outside the European Union, shipping is possible on request. Please contact us in advance via info@neornipharma.be. We are happy to inform you about the options, shipping costs and delivery times.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs may vary by country and are:

calculated automatically during checkout for EU orders, or
confirmed in advance for shipping on request (outside the EU).

All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Processing of orders

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days of receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Delivery times are indicative and depend on:

the country of destination
the chosen carrier

Average delivery times within the EU are usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transport delays or customs formalities.

Dispatch and delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive, if available, a dispatch confirmation with tracking information.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods to you, in accordance with the applicable consumer law.

Delivery problems

Check your order immediately upon receipt.

Did you receive a damaged parcel or an incorrect item? Then contact us immediately via info@neornipharma.be.
Have you not received your order within a reasonable period? Contact us via info@neornipharma.be, and we will look into this together with the carrier.
