VITA-MIN-DCP: Vitamin D3, extra calcium & phosphorus
Excl. VAT & shipping
Liquid source of vitamin D3, calcium and phosphorus for bone development, breeding and eggshell formation.
During breeding and the first weeks of life, the demand for calcium, phosphorus and vitamin D3 is higher than at other times: the eggshell has to be formed and the chicks' skeleton is built in a short span. Vita-Min-DCP has been formulated by our veterinarians to meet that peak demand, with calcium and phosphorus in a form the body absorbs readily, together with the vitamin D3 needed for that absorption.
Why breeders choose it
- Strong bone development in young birds. Supports skeletal development in the weeks when the skeleton grows fastest.
- A firm eggshell. Supports the formation of the eggshell in periods when calcium demand is at its highest.
- Calcium and its absorption. Vitamin D3 ensures the calcium supplied is actually put to use, not merely provided.
